Alvino Siva. Alvino Siva, brother of Katherine Siva Saubel was born and raised in Palm Springs and calls his father's reservation, Los Coyotes home, although he lives in Banning. Over the years Alvino has worked to resurrect bird singing, a culturally important art form. He now makes and sells beautiful rattles and teaches rattle making and bird singing to young and old, Cahuilla and non-Cahuilla people.
